about me

My name is Kate and I’ve been thoughtfully training for sports for most of my life. I have trained athletes of all ages, abilities, and goals for more than 15 years.

Training with me will typically include weights, gymnastics, jumping, running, and more, but it depends on you and your goals!

I do my best to use a biopsychosocial evidence-based approach to training that aims to improve life and performance.

No goal is too small or lofty or strange to be a worthwhile pursuit!
